Hauntwares returns

Hauntwares honors return and exchange requests within 7 business days of shipment receipt, and only for fit issues and defective items. Please notify us of these issues within 48 hours of receipt by heading to our Contact page.

Items must be in new and unworn/unwashed condition, with original packaging, to be eligible for return and exchange.

Refunds are not available for products after 7 business days.

Generally speaking, sale items, limited editions, and pre-order items do not qualify for return or refund, due to limited stock. Exchange items are not guaranteed in-stock.
